OUR DETAILED OBSERVATIONS
·       Salesperson Name : Mr. Ashish

·       There was a proper exterior signage with proper Samsung Smart Phone written .Please find the picture as an attachment here.
·       Samsung Brand Promoters were present there in the showroom to explain customers about Samsung Products.
·       Demo Units of each brand were properly placed there in the shop and the salesperson explained the features of various models using those demo units.
·       Dummy handsets were properly displayed.
·       Salesperson were properly dressed up and greeted us when we entered the showroom.
·       Showroom was clean and tidy.
·       For  price break and negotiation part, please listen to the full audio recording attached  herewith.
·       We asked for the visiting card from the salesperson who assisted us. They didn’t had their respective visiting cards with their individual names. You can look for the attachment herewith.

No Discounts were offered by the salespersons on any of the products even after negotiating with them.
*An Exchange Offer was given on this model…  On exchanging any other smart phone whose resell value is greater than Rs. 3000… we were offered a waiver of Rs. 7000 on the actual price of this model ,that makes the price to be 34,500.
** An Exchange Offer was given on this model…  On exchanging any other smart phone whose resell value is greater than Rs. 3000… we were offered a waiver of Rs. 10,000 on the actual price of this model, that makes the price to be 27,500 .


Conclusion

We overall found things to be good and a good response from the salesperson . We asked for our requirements of 4-5 handsets from official point of view and they gave us a offer of corporate training to our employees, if required, for the proper usage of handsets.
